SYDNEY DRAGWAY SUPER SEDAN RUNNER UP 2014
 
The first 2 rounds of the Series went to plan, both events were effected by rain earing a maximum of 70 points for each event. Round 3 the rain stayed away and we got maximum points beating Brett McNiff in the final. This left us after 3 Rounds leading the Championship with 240 points.
Round 4 and 5 saw us only go a few rounds at each event which bought the field a little closer together. Round 6 was another event which ended early due to rain but we went out first round, the points didn't change much so no damage was really done.
Round 7 saw us only go a few rounds, with 2 Rounds remaining we have a 40 point lead.
Round 8 saw us make the Final, after a pretty lean run through the middle of the season. I was up against Mick Little who was starting to show some good form, there was only 30 points between us with 1 round remaining.
Round 9 and it was all on the line for either one of us, Mick had won the last Track Championship meeting and was Runner Up at the Australian Nationals only a fortnight before. As it ended up I was eliminated in the second round and Mick went on to win the meeting and take out the Championship. We will do it all again next year. Time for a freshen up it's overdue.
